Partnership Building in Advocacy – in-house training, Amsterdam
Staff Workshop in Monitoring and Evaluation – participative intervention with key staff to look at how to make monitoring
and evaluation work for Wemos to support their relationship with institutional partners.
Annual Partner Conference, Bangladesh – facilitation of a week-long planning conference with partners from Bangladesh,
Zambia, Kenya, Bolivia and the Netherlands. In addition to facilitation of the conference, provision of training modules
where appropriate, for example introducing the organisational learning cycle, illustrating a contact management tool for
advocacy work (developed by dpevaluation), and highlighting the principles for setting performance indicators for M&E.
Also at this conference, together with the client, we further developed the logical framework for use in planning, monitoring
and evaluation. Agreeing new definitions of terminology there and then, and jointly adjusting the logframe format giving
performance indicators more prominence, constituted major achievements, given the diversity of the group.
